● Preferred Certification (Valid as on date of interview): HR Analytics or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. ● Experience (Essential): Minimum 8 Years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources (for both posts). Preferably in IT industry or IT Department/Vertical in the BFSI Sector (as on 31.12.2025).
