| Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDSs) | 21413 | Educational qualification for engagement of GDS is Secondary School Examination pass certificate of 10th standard with passing marks in Mathematics and English conducted by any recognized Board of School Education by the Government of India/State Governments/ Union Territories in India.
The applicant should have studied the local language at least up to 10th Standard from a recognized board. The detail of post-wise local language prescribed by the Department is given in the Annexure-III.

Age Limit as on application date:
Maximum age to apply for the post released by the India Post is 40 years whereas the minimum age is 18 years. Age relaxation as applicable as per the mandate released by the Government of India.
