(Engineering) or 5-year Integrated M.Tech with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in one of the 6 advertised disciplines from a university/institution recognised by AICTE/UGC. Only full-time, on-campus regular degrees are eligible — correspondence, distance education, part-time, and research-based degrees are not accepted.
GATE Score: Candidates must hold a valid GATE 2024, GATE 2025, or GATE 2026 score in the same discipline as their qualifying degree. GATE 2023 and earlier scores are not valid. Equal weightage is given to all three years’ GATE scores.
